Description

Zig Zag is a scooter sharing service that helps you move around the city on three wheels with ease, whenever you need and for as long as you need it.

How it works

1) Book your scooter
Book the closest scooter to you via App or directly on our website.
You will have 30 minutes to reach it and start the ride.

2) Ride in freedom
Once you have reached the scooter you have rented, you will be asked to insert a Pin that unlocks the seat. At this point, you will have your helmet and hygienic cap and you are ready to turn on the engine and start your ride.

3) End the service
You can stop over within blue and white lane areas as well as choose between ending the rental or starting a stopover thus keeping the scooter at your service.

It all happens with the APP. With Zig Zag you don’t need keys or cards that are easily lost or forgotten. Sign up  or download the App available to Android and IOS users, and you will be able to check whenever you want the availability, location or conditions of the scooter( hygiene, tank level, helmets’ presence) and book the one most convenient to you.

If you are of age, hold a driving license and a credit card you are free to use the service.
At subscription phase you will be asked for:

- a fiscal code card ( the US- SSN, the UK- National Insurance Number)
- a valid driving license( Categories A or B)
- a credit card
